Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dhaka for an Information Technology Support Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining desktop computers. The role also includes managing help desk support and ensuring the smooth operation of information technology systems within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with Desktop Computers and Information Technology systems
  • Help Desk Support skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Experience in the engineering or construction industry is a plus
