Job Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be a multitasker with a diverse skill set, responsible for managing our digital presence and ensuring smooth office operations. Key duties include:

  1. Website Management (WordPress):

* Updating the Homely website with new products, images, and content.

* Managing product listings, categories, and inventory on the site.

* Basic troubleshooting and ensuring the website runs smoothly.

* Coordinating with developers for any technical upgrades.

  1. Point of Sale (POS) & Inventory Software:

* Processing sales transactions through the POS system.

* Managing customer orders, returns, and exchanges.

* Updating and maintaining accurate inventory records.

* Generating daily sales reports.

  1. Social Media Management:

* Interacting with followers, responding to comments and messages.

  1. Customer Service:

* Providing prompt, courteous, and effective service via phone, email, and social media.

* Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

* Managing order tracking and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  1. Office Administration:

* Creating and managing invoices, receipts, and delivery challans.

* Maintaining organized digital and physical records.

* Assisting with basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks.

* Supporting other administrative duties as required.


Qualifications & Experience

* Proven experience in a similar multifaceted role.

* Proficiency in managing WordPress websites is a must.

* Hands-on experience with any POS and inventory management software.

* Basic skills in managing business pages on Facebook and Instagram.

* Excellent command of both Bengali and English (written and verbal).

* Strong computer literacy (MS Office: Word, Excel).

* Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

* A customer-centric attitude with excellent communication skills.

* Minimum HSC or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.

Job Details

* Work Days: Saturday to Thursday (Weekly Friday Off)
