Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Management position located in Dhaka. The daily tasks include overseeing the implementation of security services, managing a team of security personnel, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining safety and security protocols. The role also involves coordinating with different departments to streamline operations and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing security services and personnel
  • Knowledge of electronic and physical security equipment
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to develop and implement security protocols and strategies
  • Experience in client management and customer service
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards within the security industry
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
  • Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
