Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Management position located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Management professional will oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality standards, and maintain timely delivery of products. Responsibilities include supervising staff, optimizing resource use, and developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve organizational goals. The Manager will also ensure adherence to company policies, enhance employee productivity, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Operations Management, Strategic Planning, and Resource Optimization
  • Strong Leadership, Supervisory, and Employee Management skills
  • Excellent Communication, Organizational, and Problem-Solving skills
  • Ability to develop and implement efficient operational strategies
  • Proficiency in Quality Control and Timely Delivery Management
  • Experience in the apparel or manufacturing industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Ability to work on-site in Dhaka, Bangladesh
