Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager at Edu'Demy, based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing programs, coordinating with teachers, counselors, and ensuring the smooth running of all activities. The Manager will also be responsible for maintaining a high standard of education, planning, and implementing strategies to improve educational outcomes, and providing support to both staff and students.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Proficiency in planning and executing academic strategies
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
