Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dhaka, Bangladesh for a Senior Manager of Product Management. The Senior Manager will oversee the development and execution of product strategies, manage product life cycles, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet customer needs. Day-to-day tasks include market research, product roadmap planning, product launch strategies, and performance analysis. The role also requires providing leadership and direction to the product management team, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, and Product Lifecycle Management
  • Skills in Market Research, Competitive Analysis, and Forecasting
  • Strong Leadership and Team Management abilities
  • Experience with Cross-functional Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
  • Proficiency in Data Analysis and Decision-Making
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Dhaka, Bangladesh
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus
  • Experience in the IT industry is highly advantageous
