Role Summary

As part of the project management team, you will oversee project onboarding and compliance processes, support the development of implementation strategies, and track performance against scope, schedule, and budget. You will proactively identify risks, escalate critical issues, and drive resolutions to maintain project momentum.

Your opportunity with us

The role involves coordinating project onboarding, documentation, and compliance to ensure seamless mobilization after award. You will support the preparation of implementation plans that reflect contractual and client requirements, while monitoring progress against agreed scope, schedule, and budget. By identifying risks, resolving bottlenecks, and addressing operational challenges, you will help the project management team deliver infrastructure projects that meet client expectations for quality, timeliness, and value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project onboarding, documentation, compliance, and team setup post-award.
• Assist in preparing project implementation plans aligned with contractual and commercial objectives.
• Track project progress against scope, schedule, and budget.
• Identify and escalate issues, risks, and bottlenecks during implementation.
• Troubleshoot operational challenges and recommend practical solutions.

Key Requirements:

• BSc Civil engineering
• 0-2 years of experience in project delivery or operations in a consulting or engineering environment
• Proven track record supporting international teams or working in globally coordinated project environments
• Freshers are encouraged to apply
