Your Role: More Than Just Making Things Move,

You won't be fetching coffee or working on phantom projects. From day one, you'll be an integral part of our creative team, contributing to real client work that gets published and seen. Your main mission will be to support our senior designers in bringing stories to life through engaging motion and video content.

You'll Get To:

  • Learn by Doing: Work on a variety of projects, including social media ads, animated explainer videos, UI animations, title sequences, and more.
  • Join a Supportive Team and Creative Producers who are invested in your growth. Get mentorship, not just instructions.

  • Develop Your Skills: Deepen your expertise in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Get exposure to industry-standard practices and project workflows.
  • Brainstorm & Contribute: Your ideas matter. Participate in creative meetings and add your unique perspective to our projects.

What We're Looking For (The Must-Haves):

  • A strong portfolio/showreel that demonstrates a solid foundation in motion design principles (animation, timing, storytelling).
  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • A burning passion for animation, design, and visual storytelling.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive, collaborative attitude.
  • An eagerness to learn, accept feedback, and grow as a designer.
  • A degree in Motion Design, Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field is a plus, but your portfolio and drive are what truly matter.

Bonus Points (Nice-to-Haves):

  • Basic knowledge of Cinema 4D or other 3D software.
  • An understanding of design systems and UI/UX principles.
  • Illustration skills.
  • A passion for the latest trends in design and motion.
