Job Description

AlgoSoft Technologies Limited is seeking a Junior Technical Project Manager to support our software development team in managing projects efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who has a basic technical background, is interested in project management, and wants to grow their career in coordinating teams and delivering quality software. You will work closely with senior team members, gaining hands-on experience in both project management and software processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and tracking software development projects.
  • Support sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and progress tracking.
  • Help maintain project documentation, roadmaps, and status reports.
  • Coordinate between developers, QA engineers, designers, and product managers.
  • Document, track, and follow up on project issues and blockers.
  • Ensure clear communication between technical teams and stakeholders.
  • Learn and support Agile project management practices.
  • Optionally assist in reviewing requirements and basic test planning.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or final-year student).
  • Basic knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and project workflows.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Trello, ClickUp) is a plus.
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Basic understanding of version control (Git) is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in both project management and technical areas.

Working Hours

  • 9 hours per day (flexible).
  • 1 day off per week (chosen by the employee).
