Position Overview

TechnoNext is looking for two Project Coordinators to support IT projects, products, and service management. This role involves gathering updates from Project Managers, tracking progress, ensuring smooth coordination, and maintaining documentation. The ideal candidate should have experience in IT project coordination, excellent communication skills. And proficiency in Excel, Redmine, Microsoft Project, and other project management tools.

Key Responsibilities


• Project Coordination: Assist in planning, execution, and tracking of projects while ensuring alignment with scope and timelines.


• Reporting & Documentation: Collect project updates from Project Managers and report directly to the CEO, MD, and DMD. Maintain records, risk registers, and generate status reports.


• Communication & Facilitation: Act as a bridge between teams, organize meetings, and follow up on action items.


• Project Monitoring: Track progress using Redmine, Microsoft Project, and report any deviations to management.


• Risk & Issue Management: Assist in identifying and mitigating project risks in collaboration with Project Managers.


• Process & Methodology Support: Help implement Agile/Scrum methodologies and ensure compliance with organizational processes.


• Constructive Feedback & Solution-Oriented Approach: Assess project performance and provide diplomatic yet assertive feedback to Project Managers. Instead of just highlighting issues, suggest alternative approaches for better outcomes.

Qualifications


• Education: Bachelor's degree in CSE, Project Management, Business, or a related field.


• Experience: 2-4 years in IT project coordination, product management, or service management. Previous experience will be given priority.


• Technical Skills:

o Proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

o Experience with project management tools like Redmine, Microsoft Project.


• Strong communication and documentation skills.


• Technical background is preferred.

Salary -
Negotiable- Open to discussion. Salary will be determined based on expertise and experience of the candidates.
