Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dhaka for a Senior Officer (Accounts part & CRM). The Senior Officer will be responsible for managing and overseeing the accounts and customer relationship management (CRM) processes. Daily tasks include handling customer service inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support, and improving the overall customer experience. The role also involves various accounting duties and financial reporting tasks.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills
  • Experience in managing Customer Satisfaction, Customer Support, and Customer Service
  • Ability to enhance and manage Customer Experience
  • Proficiency in accounting and financial reporting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
  • Experience in the healthcare or medical imaging sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
