Job Summary:

The
Customer Relationship Officer
will be responsible for maintaining strong communication with wholesale customers, managing orders, responding to queries through social media and messaging platforms, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. She will also assist senior officials with reporting and administrative support.

Job Responsibilities

  • Communicate regularly with wholesale Customers and franchise partners via over phone, Facebook, and WhatsApp.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing customers.
  • Provide information about products, prices, offers, and new arrivals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and ensure timely responses.
  • Receive, record, and process customer orders accurately.
  • Coordinate with Shop Manager & Sales team to ensure proper delivery of goods.
  • Follow up on order status and inform customers accordingly.
  • Assist in managing order returns, replacements, or complaints.
  • Work closely with Sales, Accounts, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support senior officials in preparing reports, data entry, and documentation.

Educational & Other Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and social media platforms (Facebook, WhatsApp).
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, good presentation, and team-oriented mindset.

Experience Requirements:

  • Prior experience in customer service or garments sector will be an added advantage.
