Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Officer located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Senior Officer will be responsible for managing day-to-day banking operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, developing and implementing financial strategies, and maintaining customer relationships. The role also includes overseeing junior staff, preparing financial reports, and contributing to business development activities.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Banking Operations, Regulatory Compliance, and Financial Management
  • Strong Analytical Skills and Attention to Detail
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Leadership and Team Management Experience
  • Proficiency in Financial Reporting and Analysis
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous Experience in a Senior Banking Role is a plus
  • Ability to Work Independently and in a Team Environment
