Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Principal Officer based in Dhaka. The Senior Principal Officer will be responsible for overseeing daily banking operations, developing and implementing banking strategies, managing team performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining customer relationships. The role also involves risk management, financial analysis, and contributing to the overall strategic goals of the bank.

  • Banking operations, Financial analysis, and Risk management skills
  • Strong leadership, Team management, and Performance monitoring skills
  • Regulatory compliance, Ethical banking practices, and Customer relationship skills
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Dhaka and adapt to the dynamic banking environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification is a plus
