Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' backgrounds and provide expert guidance on overseas study options.
  • Manage the admission process for Australian universities and ensure smooth visa submissions.
  • Stay proactive by regularly following up to secure timely application outcomes.
  • Assist students in preparing essential application & processing documents such as Academic, SOP, and more.
  • Prepare, review, and lodge various applications including university and visa applications.
  • Provide prompt and informative responses to student queries via emails and phone calls.
  • Actively participate in education fairs, university visits, and in-house seminars.
  • Network with students to offer career counseling, generate leads, and foster business development.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to offer valuable insights and error-free promotional content.
  • Identify potential obstacles and take initiative to overcome them to ensure seamless file processing.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline; Student Counsellor Certification preferred.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in Immigration & Student Visa Consultancy.
  • Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of university courses, entry requirements, and scholarships.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage client files, meet deadlines, and adapt to industry changes.
  • An understanding of policies, regulations, and industry trends.
  • A good IELTS score is a plus point.
