Job Description
Polygon Technology is looking for an experienced and result-driven Senior Business Development Executive with 3–5 years of experience in the IT industry. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in client acquisition and business growth, and an existing network or client base that can be leveraged to generate new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and convert high-potential leads into active clients through both virtual outreach and physical client visits.
  • Leverage existing professional network and client relationships to drive immediate business opportunities.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to promote company services and build long-term partnerships.
  • Lead end-to-end business development activities from lead generation, proposal submission, and negotiation to onboarding and after-sales support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, marketing, delivery) to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and client needs.
  • Prepare strategic business plans and accurate sales forecasts to support company growth goals.
  • Produce high-quality documentation including proposals, MoUs, and client communication materials.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputed university (Business, Marketing, or relevant discipline).
  • 3–5 years of experience in business development, specifically in an IT or technology company.
  • Proven track record of closing deals and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Existing client base or industry network is a must.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, software solutions, and digital transformation trends.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both English and Bengali.
  • Hands-on experience in preparing client-facing documentation and business proposals.
  • Must be confident in conducting physical client visits and maintaining strong on-ground relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams with minimal supervision.

Preference Will Be Given To:

  • Candidates with strong documentation skills (proposals, MoUs, presentations).
  • Individuals with a solid understanding of IT services, digital products, and the tech industry landscape.
