Company Description

Nebs-IT Solution Limited is a fast-growing IT service provider specialising in website development, software solutions, digital marketing, and business automation. We are seeking an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive sales, build strong client relationships and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Role Description

  • Research and identify opportunities on Up work, Fiver, and other marketplaces
  • Optimise company profiles, gigs, and service offerings
  • Write and submit effective project proposals/bids
  • Communicate with clients and negotiate contracts
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Achieve sales and revenue growth targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams for project execution
  • Track performance metrics and prepare reports
  • Ensure compliance with marketplace policies
  • Explore new platforms and expand company presence

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Computer Science (CSE).

(Note: Skillset and expertise will be prioritized during evaluation.)

Experience:

  • 0-2+years

Additional Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or client management (preferably in IT).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bangla and English.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and close deals.
  • Good understanding of IT products, software, and digital solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and social media platforms.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
