‎Position Overview
‎We are seeking a motivated and articulate Business Development Executive to join our team, working exclusively for our partner Agency Handy. In this role, you will be responsible for handling new sign-ups, conducting product demos, maintaining pipeline reports, and driving revenue for Agency Handy's Client Portal and CRM platform.

‎Key Responsibilities

  • ‎Follow up on new sign-ups and inquiries
  • ‎Conduct live product demonstrations for potential clients
  • ‎Manage and update the CRM pipeline and generate performance reports
  • ‎Align with internal teams to support conversion and retention goals
  • ‎Drive new business and upselling opportunities

Work Schedule

  • ‎Full-time, on-site position
  • ‎Shifts: Morning (10 AM – 7 PM), Evening (3 PM – 1 AM), Night (8 PM – 6 AM) – 1-hour break
  • ‎Shifts are roster-based and aligned with company needs and candidate availability

‎‎Qualifications

  • ‎Strong communication and presentation skills in English
  • ‎Experience in lead generation, client handling, or sales preferred
  • ‎Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • ‎Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, understand their needs in detail, and maintain a relationship built on trust and consistent follow-ups.
  • Strong focus on following SOPs, keeping tasks up to date, and taking initiative to solve problems before they escalate.

Salary:
BDT 16,000 – 22,000 (based on experience)
