Codinism is Hiring: Business Development Executive (Sales-Focused)

Location: 100% Remote

Employment Type: Full-time

Codinism is a global technology company specializing in high-quality software solutions and providing top-tier IT talent across industries. We help businesses worldwide scale faster by supplying experienced developers through staff augmentation and delivering end-to-end IT projects.

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive with 2+ years of experience in international IT sales or staff augmentation. This role focuses on generating IT project opportunities and placing developers globally.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect, identify, and acquire new clients for IT projects and staff augmentation services.

Build and maintain strong client relationships with decision-makers (CTOs, HR leaders, founders, etc.).

Understand client needs and collaborate with the technical team to propose suitable solutions.

Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, proposal preparation, negotiation, deal closing, and account management.

Track sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly/quarterly targets.

Research international markets (USA, Europe, Middle East, etc.) to discover new business opportunities.

Represent Codinism in online meetings, networking sessions, and industry forums.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in international IT sales, business development, or IT staffing.

Strong knowledge of IT outsourcing, staff augmentation models, and software development processes.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with international clients is highly preferred.

Employment Type

Full-Time: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week (focus on results, not clocked hours)

Probation Period: First 3 months (performance will determine early confirmation)
