Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Business Development Manager, located in Dhaka. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with educational institutions and partners, devising and executing strategies to meet sales targets, and analyzing market trends to inform strategic decisions. Additionally, the role involves developing marketing campaigns, attending industry events, and managing client relationships.

Qualifications

  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the
    study abroad sector
    , focusing on
    business development, sales, or marketing management
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
  4. Experience in managing and maintaining university partnerships
  5. Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective business strategies
  6. Proven experience in managing client relationships and institutional partnerships
  7. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  8. Ability to work independently, lead initiatives, and manage a team
