We're seeking a
Business Development Executive
with a solid passion for tech, a hunger for growth, and the power to turn conversations into contracts.

At MRZ Tech, we don't just build software; we build digital transformations. We're looking for a target-driven, tech-savvy IT Sales Executive who's confident in making deals, managing leads, and growing business with clarity and ownership.

Required Skills

  • Drive new business acquisition across web/app development, UI/UX, enterprise solutions, SEO audit and IT consulting.
  • Identify leads, pitch solutions, and close high-value deals independently.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients (B2B/B2C, local & global).
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Collaborate with the tech, design, and delivery teams to ensure accurate project scoping and successful handovers.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor strategies, and contribute to pricing strategies and proposal building.

Performance-based commission (seriously rewarding) + monthly basic. Flexible work environment with real growth potential.
