WaTheta is the smartest WhatsApp Business Automation Platform that leverages official WhatsApp Business APIs to enhance and automate business processes. The platform facilitates broadcasting, automating offers, and sending notifications for customer support. WaTheta aims to streamline business communication via WhatsApp with high efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
  • Create sales campaigns across various channels, including social media and digital platforms.
  • Plan and execute marketing promotional activities and events, such as product promotions and trade shows.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings, both in-person and virtually, to demonstrate products or services to clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with all the customers new/ existing.
  • Present company products or services, highlighting their features and benefits to meet client needs.
  • Address client inquiries, handle complaints, and gather feedback to services.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and close sales deals that satisfy both the client and the company.

We're Looking For

      Recent graduates in Marketing/Communications or related fields

-      Good Presentation Skill

-      Strong writing skills in Bangla & English

-      Basic knowledge of social media and digital trends

-      Creativity, proactiveness, and a keen eye for detail
