Position: Business Development Executive

Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh (On-site)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: BDT 20,000-30,000 (Depending on experience)

DevTechGuru Limited (DTG) is a leading IT solutions provider specializing in ERP, AI/ML, custom software, and digital transformation. With a strong local and international presence, DTG helps organizations achieve operational excellence and growth through innovation, customization, and international standards.

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to drive sales growth, manage inbound and outbound pipelines, and support digital marketing with strong documentation and design skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

-Handle inbound/outbound sales: lead generation, prospecting, client meetings, deal closure.

-Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships.

-Prepare and deliver sales proposals, RFPs, and pitch presentations.

-Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions.

-Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Marketing & Content Support:

-Design and create sales/marketing materials (brochures, decks, graphics) using Canva & Adobe Creative Cloud.

-Assist in digital campaigns to boost lead generation and brand visibility.

-Create engaging social media content aligned with DTG's brand voice.

-Support email campaigns, case studies, and client communications.

Documentation & Reporting:

-Draft and maintain proposals, contracts, MoUs, meeting notes, communications.

-Keep CRM (Google Sheets/CRM tools) updated with pipeline data.

-Prepare weekly and monthly sales/marketing reports for management.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

-1–3 years' experience in business development, B2B sales, or digital marketing (IT/software preferred).

-Strong sales and negotiation skills with deal-closing ability.

-Excellent documentation and presentation skills.

-Hands-on experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud for content design.

-Familiarity with social media management & static/video content creation.

-Excellent communication in English & Bangla.

-Self-motivated, creative, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
