About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative, organised, and self-driven
Marketing Executive/Senior Executive
with strong experience in digital design, content creation, brand communication, and event management. The ideal candidate must be able to work both independently and within a team while managing multiple tasks efficiently under pressure and tight deadlines.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Design

  • Develop visually appealing marketing materials using
    Canva
    and similar design tools.
  • Create engaging written and visual content using
    AI content creation tools
    for posts, videos, reels, ads, and campaigns.
  • Edit and produce short-form video content using
    CapCut
    or equivalent applications.
  • Write creative
    scripts, captions, storyboards, and communication materials
    for brand and marketing campaigns.

Marketing & Brand Communications

  • Implement and maintain
    brand communication standards
    , ensuring consistency across all platforms.
  • Assist in developing marketing strategies, campaign ideas, and promotional content.
  • Manage social media pages, communities, and assist in developing brand presence.
  • Work effectively under pressure and strict deadlines while maintaining quality output.

Event Management & Outreach

  • Support and manage
    events, education fairs, seminars, workshops
    , and business outreach initiatives.
  • Coordinate event logistics, branding, vendor management, and on-ground execution.
  • Assist with school/university activation programs and partnership outreach activities.

Planning & Strategy

  • Create and maintain
    content calendars
    , campaign timelines, and publishing schedules.
  • Conduct competitor research, market insights gathering, and performance analysis.
  • Bring fresh ideas for digital campaigns, offline engagement, and creative storytelling.

Administrative & Organisational Skills

  • Maintain flawless attention to detail and ensure timely delivery of tasks.
  • Demonstrate strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating seamlessly with team members.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field from any University in Bangladesh.
  • 3–4 years of experience
    in marketing, content creation, communication, or a similar role.
  • Prior experience
    working with a marketing agency will be given strong preference
    .
  • Proficiency in
    Canva
    ,
    CapCut
    , AI content tools, and social media management platforms.
  • Strong writing skills for
    scripts, captions, brand communication, and storytelling
    .
  • Ability to work
    under pressure, meet deadlines
    , and deliver high-quality output.
  • Creative mindset with structured thinking and strong execution capability.
