The ideal candidate will be skilled in bothpaid media campaign managementandorganic social media strategy. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital ad campaigns while managing brand presence across social media platforms to drive engagement and conversion.Key Responsibilities:Develop, execute, and optimize media buying strategiesacross various digital platforms (including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to achieve business objectives.- Manage social media marketing activities, including content planning, campaign execution, and community engagement.- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to produce targeted ad campaigns that enhance brand awareness and online visibility.- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics; use insights to refine strategies for improved ROI.- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new trends, audience behavior, and growth opportunities.- Negotiate with media vendors to ensure cost-effective placements and maximum campaign exposure.- Manage advertising budgets efficiently to achieve optimal reach and results.- Stay updated with emerging trends in digital marketing, social media, and ad technologies.- Ensure all campaigns align with the company's overall branding and communication standards.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience (2–3 years preferred) in media buying, digital marketing, or social media campaign management.- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and related analytics tools.- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.- Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and reporting dashboards is a plus.- Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.------> Salary:25,000–35,000 (Negotiable based on experience and assessment)How to Apply:If you're passionate aboutdigital marketing, media buying, and social media strategy, and want to grow your career in a forward-thinking company, we'd love to hear from youPlease send yourresume and cover lettertoby11th November 2025.
