Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Executive located in Dhaka. The Operations Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day operational activities, ensuring smooth processes, and delivering high-quality service. Key tasks include coordinating with various teams, addressing operational challenges, optimizing processes, analyzing performance metrics, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Strong Operations and Operations Management skills, including a good understanding of process improvement and workflow optimization
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Analytical Skills for problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, and performance monitoring of operational activities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred
  • Familiarity with the e-commerce or grocery sector is a plus
