Likeelive User Operations (Bangladesh)

Main Responsibilities

  1. High-Value User Management

  2. Build and maintain relationships with high-value users, VIPs, and key partners.

  3. Understand user needs through regular communication and data insights, and contribute to user operation strategies improvement.

  4. Live Streaming User Operations

  5. Manage daily service and engagement for Bangladeshi live-streaming users.

  6. Participate in user activity planning and feedback analysis, improving user experience through regular surveys, follow-ups, and maintenance actions.

  7. Recharge Channel Maintenance

  8. Monitor local recharge and withdrawal channel trends, gather user feedback on payment experiences.

  9. Track and feedback on market consumption and recharge problems, providing regular insights, and supporting promotional event planning and execution.

Requirements

  1. Strong command of English skill (oral with good fluency).

  2. Excellent communication skills, with prior experience in VIP user service, payment business, or client account management.

  3. Reliable, detail-oriented, and stable employment history.

Preferred Background

  • At least 2+ years of continuous work experience in relevant roles — fresh graduates will not be considered.

  • Background in sales, key account service, B2B client management, community operations, or entertainment / live-streaming / online community industry is preferred.

  • Candidates should demonstrate strong emotional intelligence, cultural awareness, and the ability to manage complex relationships involving agents, VIP users, and key partners.
