Position: Business Development Planning Leader

Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic business development and growth plans.

Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend assessment to support decision-making.

Collaborate cross-functionally to align business goals with organizational objectives.

Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and strategies to senior leadership.

Lead initiatives that ensure long-term sustainability and business impact.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline.

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in business development, corporate strategy, or management consulting.

Demonstrated success in leading strategic initiatives and driving measurable business growth.

Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

A background in healthcare, publishing, or social impact sectors will be considered an advantage.
