Role Description

This is an internship role for a Customer Relations Specialist. The role involves managing customer interactions, ensuring satisfaction, and fostering relationships by providing high-quality support and service. Responsibilities include addressing customer concerns, improving retention, and maintaining excellent communication. This is a hybrid role based in Dhaka, with the flexibility to work from home for some tasks.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and address their needs
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service and support
  • Knowledge and experience in customer retention strategies and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Proficiency in handling feedback and resolving customer inquiries professionally
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Relevant educational background or past internship experience in customer relations is a plus
