Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Specialist located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Service Specialist will be responsible for providing study abroad counseling, guiding students through university admissions processes, and assisting with visa guidance and application support. They will also conduct career-focused profile assessments and offer scholarship and job pathway assistance. Daily tasks will include consulting with clients, managing applications, researching study and immigration opportunities, and collaborating with global partners.

Qualifications

  • Experience in study abroad counseling and university admissions
  • Strong knowledge of skilled immigration and PR visa services
  • Proficiency in visa guidance and application support
  • Ability to conduct career-focused profile assessments and offer scholarship and job pathway assistance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and administrative abilities
  • Team-oriented mindset and ability to work with global partners
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Multilingual capabilities and familiarity with the education system in Australia and Canada are a plus
