Officer/Senior Officer - Purchase (Branding)

Job location:
Gulshan-2, Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on the approval of Requisitions, CS, and POs within the system.
  • Source and purchase brand items.
  • Manage RFI, RFQ, and RFP processes.
  • Conduct procurement activities using the Oracle system and generate reports.
  • Submit bills to Accounts with all required documents (Challan, GRN, Bill, Authorized signatures).
  • Ensure fulfillment of audit requirements.

Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification:
    BSc in Engineering (Mechanical/IPE), BBA/MBA in Supply Chain or Marketing, or Master's in Economics, Statistics, or Mathematics.
  • Experience:
    2-3 years in brand procurement.
  • Skills:
    Quick learner in computer applications and ERP systems, strong negotiation, sourcing, and planning abilities.
