Job Context

The incumbent will be responsible for the role of an Associate Relationship Manager for Supply Chain Finance under the division of Corporate which will significantly contribute to maximize overall portfolio of the organization.

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain relationship with prospective clients(SME/Medium/Corporate) for onboarding
  • Acquire new business through various channels
  • Regular market visits for relationship management with prospective and existing clients
  • Credit analysis and prepare loan appraisal
  • Regular visit with Relationship Managers for acquisition of prospective clients
  • Ensure smooth loan processing, approval and sanction documentation for onboarding
  • Monitoring & facilitate the existing customer's daily transaction
  • Maintain regular operational task to ensure proper service to clients
  • Identify, develop and expand key customer relationship to maintain the utilization of the portfolio
  • Overdue account follow-up and monitor to minimize NPL

Job Requirements

Education:

Graduation/Post Graduation Degree from any reputed university

Experience:

Minimum 2 to 7 years of experience in Supply Chain Finance Department/experience on client Relationship Management from any Bank/FI

Other Requirements

  • Clear Knowledge on the Supply Chain Finance product, operational process and Risk Management
  • Regular market visit capacity
  • Excellent communication skill with internal and external stakeholder
  • Knowledge on market and competitor's situation
  • Skill in Microsoft excel, word and PowerPoint
  • Capacity to work in a team
