Position Overview
We are seeking a
Talent Acquisition Officer
to join our HR team in Bangladesh. This role will be responsible for managing the
end-to-end recruitment process
, ensuring we attract, select, and onboard top talent to support PalmPay's rapid growth. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, experience with recruitment tools, and a passion for delivering a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical business functions
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies
• Post job advertisements across job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Conduct CV screening, initial interviews, and coordinate assessments
• Ensure smooth interview scheduling and candidate communication
• Support employer branding initiatives to position PalmPay as an employer of choice
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and generate regular hiring reports
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with Bangladesh labor laws and company policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in fintech, NBFC, banking, IT Companies, or fast-paced industries
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and social media
• Experience managing multiple requisitions and working in high-volume hiring environments
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Proficiency in MS Office and ATS/recruitment tools
• Fluent in Bangla and English
