Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gulshan for a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – HR & Admin. The individual in this position will be responsible for managing HR and administrative tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and payroll processing. The role also includes overseeing office administration, organizing training sessions for staff, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
  • Skills in HR Outsourcing and payroll management
  • Expertise in office administration and management
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to HR and administration
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in a consultancy or outsourcing firm is a plus
