Senior Compliance Executive

Responsibilities & Context

• Submit applications & visa to universities, colleges, and schools in the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand
• Assist students and counselors in preparing necessary documents and verifying application requirements
• Maintain and update records of all applications and correspondence with institutions
• Track application statuses and ensure timely follow-ups with institutions and internal teams
• Communicate with university representatives when necessary

Compliance & Regulatory Management:

• Ensure all applications comply with immigration laws and regulations of the respective countries.
• Monitor changes in visa policies and update internal teams and clients accordingly.
• Maintain up-to-date records of all visa applications and compliance-related documents.
• Assist in audits and reporting for visa and compliance matters.

Client Assistance & Communication:

• Provide guidance to clients on application processes, and compliance regulations.
• Address client queries and concerns regarding visa applications, rejections, or additional requirements.
• Ensure clear communication with clients regarding timelines and necessary follow-ups.

Internal Coordination & Reporting:

• Work closely with counselors, admission teams, and other departments to ensure a seamless visa application process.
• Prepare periodic reports on visa success rates, processing times, and compliance issues.
• Assist in developing and improving internal processes for visa and compliance management.
