Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Counselor located in Gulshan. The Senior Counselor will be responsible for providing comprehensive guidance to students seeking to study abroad, including advising on suitable academic programs, assisting with applications, securing offer letters and COEs, and providing support throughout the visa application process. The Senior Counselor will also develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions, keep up-to-date with changes in admission requirements, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction through personalized service.

Qualifications

• Strong counseling and advisory skills
• Excellent understanding of international education systems and requirements
• Experience with application processes and visa procedures
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
