Key Responsibilities

Regulatory Compliance

  • Monitor and ensure adherence to visa regulations, embassy guidelines, and education board standards.
  • Stay updated on immigration policies and study abroad requirements across target countries.

Documentation & Auditing

  • Review student files for completeness and accuracy before submission to universities or embassies.
  • Conduct regular audits of counseling records, application forms, and financial documents.

Policy Development

  • Develop and update internal compliance policies and SOPs.
  • Train staff on compliance protocols and ethical counseling practices.

Risk Management

  • Identify potential compliance risks and recommend corrective actions.
  • Investigate and report any breaches of policy or misconduct.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Liaise with partner institutions, embassies, and government bodies to ensure transparent operations.
  • Support legal and HR teams in maintaining organizational integrity.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, International Relations, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in compliance, legal affairs, or international education.
  • Strong understanding of visa processes and education regulations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • High ethical standards, confidentiality, and discretion.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with UKVI, IRCC, SEVIS, and other international student visa systems.
  • Experience working with British Council, embassy officials, or foreign university representatives.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and international data protection laws.
