Client Relationship Executive

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Maintain regular communication with clients regarding their requests, updates, and progress tracking.
  • Follow up on client requirements and ensure timely delivery of services or solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client issues efficiently.
  • Prepare and share status reports, updates, and tracking documents with clients.
  • Address client queries promptly and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients.
  • Support the Account Manager/Relationship Manager in achieving client service goals.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and contribute to client retention.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Masters
  • Candidates with an
    O-Level & A-Level educational background
    will be given preference.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in any discipline.

Experience Requirements

  • At least 2 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Real Estate

Additional Requirements

  • Must be fluent in English
  • Minimum 2 year of experience in Client relationship field.
  • Strongly problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and professional email correspondence.
