About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Pre-Sales Engineer
with strong expertise in
Red Hat Linux Environment
,
Enterprise Messaging, Collaboration, and Security Solutions
. The ideal candidate is comfortable conducting
POCs, Solution Presentations, and Architecture Discussions
with customers, and can easily adapt to new technologies across different product categories in our portfolio.

This is a senior role for someone who can immediately add value —
minimum 4–5 years proven track record
in pre-sales, solution engineering, or consulting is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead
    pre-sales engagements
    with enterprise customers and channel partners.
  • Design and present
    system architectures
    for messaging, collaboration, and related IT solutions.
  • Conduct
    proof-of-concept deployments
    , workshops, and technical demonstrations.
  • Prepare
    solution documentation, proposals, and licensing guidance
    .
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to align technical validation with customer requirements.
  • Stay current with new technologies and quickly adopt additional product lines within our distribution portfolio.
  • Mentor junior engineers and support internal knowledge transfer.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 4–5+ years of experience
    in a
    Pre-Sales Engineer / Sr. Engineer / Solution Consultant role
    .
  • Deep understanding of
    Linux Red Hat Environment
    ,
    Enterprise Solutions such as Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, Microsoft 365, Zimbra, Postfix, Barracuda, Cisco ESA, and similar platforms
    — including architecture, deployment, migration, integration, and administration.
  • Familiarity with
    enterprise messaging security, archiving, storage, and licensing models
    .
  • Proven ability to run
    successful POCs and customer workshops
    .
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (English & Bangla).
  • Quick learner with the ability to
    adapt to new technologies
    across software categories.

Nice to Have

  • Hands-on exposure to archiving, security gateways, or storage & network platforms.
  • Red Hat, Microsoft or other vendor certifications (e.g., Messaging, M365, Cisco, Barracuda, Zimbra).
  • Channel/distribution or vendor-side experience.
