Role Overview

We are seeking a smart, ambitious, and highly capable HR & Admin professional - Qualifications & Experience to be the first member of our A-Team. This person will work directly with the MD

This role is highly strategic: the right person will help Domicile Capital scale quickly, maintain operational excellence, and ensure that the company attracts and retains only the best talent.

— Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

* Hunt and recruit top talent for critical positions, including underground talent for leadership roles.

* Evaluate candidates by capability, culture fit, and potential, not just

* Manage end-to-end recruitment: screening, interviews, salary negotiation, and onboarding.

* Build a pipeline of high-potential candidates for immediate and future needs.

HR Management

* Develop and implement HR policies, performance systems, and KPI
tracking.

* Maintain employee records, contracts, attendance, and basic payroll.

* Foster a performance-driven, growth-oriented corporate culture.

* Handle employee engagement, motivation, and conflict resolution.

Administration & Operations

* Oversee office operations, logistics, and documentation.

* Support MD in managing contacts, scheduling, and internal coordination.

Strategic Support to MD

* Act as the MD's right-hand in team-building and HR strategy.

* Provide weekly updates on recruitment, team KPIs, and HR initiatives.

* Accompany MD to meetings, site visits, and investor discussions as needed.

Qualifications & Experience

* Bachelor's/Master's in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

* 5-10 years of experience in HR/Admin roles, preferably in real estate, corporate, or construction sectors.

* Proven talent acquisition skills, especially building teams from scratch.

* Strong English communication skills (written & spoken).

* Knowledge of HR software or ERP systems is a plus.
