Job Role:

  1. Manage HR operations (attendance, leave, HRM system, employee records).
  2. Oversee admin tasks.
  3. Coordinate and manage accounts related tasks administrative functions.
  4. Develop and execute HR strategies aligned to business growth.
  5. Co- Ordinate with the factory management.
  6. Foster a high-performance, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture.
  7. Handle employee relations, grievances & disciplinary issues.
  8. Managing recruitment, onboarding and performance management processes.
  9. Ad Hoc.

  • As per company policy.

  • Candidates must be comfortable working in a professional and dynamic environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related fields.

Additional Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Practical knowledge of HR practices, payroll, and compliance.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
