Job Role:
- Manage HR operations (attendance, leave, HRM system, employee records).
- Oversee admin tasks.
- Coordinate and manage accounts related tasks administrative functions.
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned to business growth.
- Co- Ordinate with the factory management.
- Foster a high-performance, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture.
- Handle employee relations, grievances & disciplinary issues.
- Managing recruitment, onboarding and performance management processes.
- Ad Hoc.
Other Facilities:
- As per company policy.
- Early joiners will be given preference.
- Candidates must be comfortable working in a professional and dynamic environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related fields.
Additional Requirements:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Practical knowledge of HR practices, payroll, and compliance.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
