Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Head of Operations at our Gulshan location, with some work from home acceptable. The Head of Operations will oversee daily operations, ensure efficient workflow, manage staff, and maintain high standards of service. Responsibilities include strategic planning, resource management, compliance monitoring, and process optimization. The role also involves liaising with educational institutions, coordinating with other departments, and reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years proven experience in education consultancy, student recruitment, and operations management.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and staff mentoring skills
  • Excellent communication, strategic planning, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with compliance standards and regulatory requirements
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
  • Experience in the education consultancy industry is a plus
