Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Plant Manager, located in the Narayanganj District. The Plant Manager will oversee day-to-day plant operations, including production planning, management of manufacturing processes, and ensuring compliance with production goals. The role involves directing operational efficiencies, supervising plant personnel, and maintaining quality and safety standards. The Plant Manager will also take part in developing strategies for operational improvements and optimizing resources for sustained growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Plant Management and managing Plant Operations
  • Expertise in Operations Management and Production Planning
  • Proficiency in Manufacturing Operations and related processes
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field; advanced education or certifications are a plus
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and compliance standards within the manufacturing sector
