OVERVIEW:

Our client, a leading multinational manufacturing company, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join as the
Senior Manager Manufacturing
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end manufacturing operations across multiple plants, driving operational excellence, ensuring quality standards, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. This is a key leadership role requiring a strategic mindset, strong execution capabilities, and a proven track record in manufacturing leadership.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee all manufacturing operations across multiple plants to ensure efficient production and operational performance.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage plant managers and cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
  • Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement practices to optimize production processes and reduce waste.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and promote a culture of safety across all plants.
  • Develop and execute manufacturing strategies in alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Drive cost-efficiency, quality control, and timely delivery of products to meet customer and market demands.
  • Collaborate with other departments including supply chain, quality, and maintenance to ensure seamless plant operations.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and production reports for senior management review.

PRE-REQUISITES:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in
    production, operations, or manufacturing within the manufacturing industry.
  • Proven experience in
    leading and managing multiple manufacturing facilities.
  • Strong knowledge of
    Lean, Six Sigma, and operational excellence methodologies
    .
  • Excellent leadership, people management, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Only Bangladeshi nationals will be considered.
