Qualification Requirement
: BSc in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering

Years of experience :
(Minimum) 15 year years including 8 years in managerial role

Manages the overall service delivery at a plant to meet commercial and operational targets in line with contractual obligations.
Key Accountabilities

  • Manages the overall service delivery at customer plant to meet agreed commercial and operational targets. Leads the plant organization and activities, ensuring optimal performance of customer plant and that maintenance and operations are performed safely, effectively, and in compliance with contracts.
  • Leads and develops plant personnel, planning activities, setting objectives, monitoring performance, and providing technical and operational guidance and training for professional growth.
  • Is accountable for the commercial and operational performance in line with contractual obligations. Drives continuous improvement in plant processes and performance metrics, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Engages with customers and stakeholders to maintain positive relationships and ensure alignment with contractual and operational expectations.
  • Manages the plant budget, resources, being accountable for financial and operational performance.
  • Manages and develops plant resources, workforce and capabilities to meet current and future business needs.
  • Ensures compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards, promoting a safe working environment.
