Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in the Faridpur District. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations, coordinate with team members, and ensure the smooth running of processes within their area of responsibility. The individual will handle planning, reporting, and monitoring targets and will collaborate with different teams to optimize performance. Additional responsibilities include maintaining operational standards, managing relationships with stakeholders, and supporting company initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills
  • Proficiency in planning, reporting, and project coordination
  • Good communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with supply chain management and logistics operations
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to take proactive measures to ensure operational efficiency
  • Experience in the LP gas or related industry is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office tools
