  • Manage front desk reception and visitor support
  • Handle incoming calls professionally and provide accurate information
  • Assist students/clients with queries regarding our services
  • Maintain appointments, schedules, and related records

Requirements:

  • Minimum HSC / Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Good communication skills in Bangla & English
  • Proficient in MS Office & phone etiquette
  • Pleasant personality with a customer-focused mindset
