Role Description

This is a remote internship role for a Call Center Operator. The Call Center Operator will handle day-to-day tasks including answering phone calls, providing customer support, offering helpful information, and addressing client inquiries. The role involves maintaining effective communication and ensuring excellent customer service in a professional manner.

Qualifications

  • Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Customer Support and Customer Service skills
  • Familiarity with Contact Centers
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Interest in the real estate industry is a plus
  • Minimum HSC Pass.
