Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Center Executive located in Dhaka. The Call Center Executive will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and service, managing communication with clients, and handling inquiries through contact centers. Additional responsibilities include supporting sales initiatives and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

  • Customer Support and Customer Service skills
  • Strong Communication and Contact Center experience
  • Sales and customer relationship management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the education consultancy industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Skills to convert leads to application
