Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist, located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing phone calls, greeting visitors, handling inquiries, and performing various clerical duties. The role includes managing schedules, maintaining records, and providing excellent customer service to visitors and callers alike. The Receptionist will also be responsible for ensuring the reception area is tidy and welcoming.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Experience in Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
